Complex Venid Eco Village, Sveti Vlas

The residential complex "Venice Eco Village" is the embodiment of harmony between nature, architecture and modern comfort by the sea.

The project is located in the picturesque mountainous area of Kasada in Sveti Vlas, municipality of Nessebar, on the southern slope with an expressive panoramic view of the Black Sea. The Venid Eco Village combines the traditions of the Bulgarian Renaissance and modern architectural solutions. The appearance of the houses shows the features of ancient Bulgarian buildings — protruding bay windows, carved wooden elements, wide cornices and stone facades. The first floor of each house is lined with natural stone, the second with white mineral plaster and wooden trim, and the pitched roof is decorated with decorative elements that create an atmosphere of comfort and authenticity. All materials are environmentally certified and comply with modern energy efficiency standards.



The complex is a modern eco-settlement with a carefully thought-out urban planning concept that preserves the natural relief and landscape. The project includes 109 individual houses, semi-detached villas (of the "twin" type) and townhouses ranging in size from 150 to 300 m2. In addition, the complex includes the Kanela residence with 69 apartments, an apartment hotel and a small paraclis, while the architectural solution does not violate the open sea views.



For active recreation and family leisure, there are two tennis courts, a swimming pool and cozy walking alleys illuminated by decorative lanterns. Stone paths, green areas and natural vegetation create the atmosphere of a quiet and noble settlement in the midst of nature.
