The complex "Rainbow 2” is located in a quiet and peaceful place of the resort of Sveti Vlas in an area called “Yurt" and only 350 meters from the beach. This is a gated complex, consists of 7 floors with one main entrance. On the ground floor, half of the floor is occupied by a shop, the other half is an apartment. The building consists of 85 apartments, 14 studios, 74 1-bedroom apartments, and 1 2-bedroom apartment, with a total area of 42 sq.m. to 88 sq.m., all apartments are designed so that you can enjoy your vacation or year-round living. Some of the apartments on the upper floors have views of the sea or the mountains. The building is constructed of high-quality building materials, using external and internal heat and waterproofing. Each apartment consists of a corridor, a living room with a kitchen area, a bathroom, a terrace. The facilities of Raduga 2 are: a swimming pool with a children's section with free sun loungers, a well-groomed territory, year-round security, parking, services of a management company to support the common parts of the complex. The support fee is 400 euros per apartment, per year. A beautiful beach is just a 5-minute walk away, where you can enjoy the sea and the sun in a paid area, where you will need to pay for a chaise longue or umbrella, or on a very large free territory. There is a huge amount of water entertainment on the beach, such as: hydro scooters, banana, or experience unforgettable emotions by flying on a parachute. A huge plus of this complex is its location, proximity to the entire infrastructure of the resort: a bus stop 70 meters away from where regular buses run to Sunny Beach and Nessebar, polyclinic, pharmacies, super market “Mercury” located 500 meters from the complex. The Raduga 2 complex is an ideal place not only for summer holidays, but also for year-round living, 550 m from the complex there is a kindergarten, and 1 km away. There is a school. A quiet area away from the noise of a tourist resort, a sea climate with a combination of mountain, will not leave anyone indifferent to the place called “Rainbow 2”.
