Description

The Butterfly complex is located in a quiet, picturesque place of the resort of Sveti Vlas in the area called ”Yurt” and only 500 meters from the beach. It consists of 4 five-storey sections, A, B, C and D, each of which is equipped with a silent elevator. In the construction of the building, only high-quality building materials were used, as well as heat and hydro insulation. In total, the complex has 95 apartments ranging from 36 sq.m. to 96 sq.m. of which studios, two-room, and three-room apartments. Due to the fact that the complex is built on a hill, many apartments from the last floors offer views of the sea and Sunny Beach. Each apartment is designed with functionality and comfort in mind, where you can enjoy your summer vacation. Butterfly's facilities and services include: a swimming pool with a children's part with free sun loungers and umbrellas, a large, well-maintained area with rich vegetation, a modern playground for children, reception, year-round security, barbecue area, parking spaces, as well as maintenance of common parts of the building and territory all year round. A wonderful beach at a distance of 500 meters, where there is a large selection of entertainment, such as jet skis, massage services, parachuting, restaurants and cafes with cozy places to relax, as well as rescue posts are provided on the beach. The beaches of St. Vlas are ideal for small children, as the entrance to the sea is gentle. A big plus of the complex, in addition to a cozy and modern building, is its proximity to the entire infrastructure of the resort: a public transport stop, a polyclinic, pharmacies, grocery stores, souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes, are within walking distance from the complex. Butterfly is a good place not only for summer holidays, but also for permanent residence, there is a medical center, kindergarten, school and everything that is necessary for a comfortable stay in the area. An eco-friendly area and a marine climate combined with a mountain climate, this is a wonderful place called "Butterfly"
