The exterior walls consist of Austrian-made 25-centimeter ceramic blocks, known for their breathable properties and resistance to temperature changes. The facades are insulated with 10-centimeter thermal insulation panels, and the exterior is made of premium silicone plaster, which gives the buildings an exquisite and durable appearance.



Modern hydraulic elevators are installed in each building, and the internal stairwells are lined with granite and equipped with aluminum railings. The apartments feature rational layouts, large windows and a low percentage of common areas, which ensures maximum usable living space.
