We offer you a two-storey business class house with a stylish interior with an area of 267 sq. m., and with a garden plot of 1000 sq. m., located in the village of Marinka, 5 km from the beach "Kraymorie" and 13 km (10 min. by car) from Burgas.
Marinka is one of the most prestigious areas of the Burgas region, popular among both foreigners and locals who appreciate a calm and measured lifestyle combined with proximity to the sea and to the big city. This is also favored by all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable stay: a school, a new kindergarten, shops, cafes, convenient transport.
