We offer a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a beautiful and well-maintained complex "Villa Gloria" in Ravda. Without a support fee, 200 m from the sea and 2 minutes from the center of Ravda. Some of the windows overlook a quiet park, and on the terrace in the bedroom there is a partial view of the sea. Each room is designed and equipped for maximum convenience of the owners – a lot of designer furniture made to order. The large living room has an elaborate kitchen area – there is also a hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Lots of ergonomic lockers. The table in the kitchen is also made to order with an identical countertop, as well as the working surface of the kitchen. Further in the living room there is a sitting area and a bright spacious terrace, on which sliding windows are installed – ideal for using a grill, or drying laundry.
The first bedroom is large, bright, with a large dressing area separated by a sliding door, a very spacious chest of drawers, a small terrace with partial sea views, and a large double bed.
The second bedroom is unfurnished, as it was used as a study. From the second bedroom there is an exit to a very large terrace (20 sq m), on which there is a large dining table, chairs, there is also an umbrella for the table. If you dream of growing flowers or making a small vegetable garden, water is brought to the terrace for irrigation.
There are storage racks between the terrace and the bedroom.
The bathroom includes a shower cabin, washbasin, mirror, toilet, several lockers for cosmetics. A high-quality washing machine is located in the hallway, along with built-in wardrobes for convenience.
Very important is the issue of heating the apartment – in all rooms there are new very good air conditioners, some installed only half a year ago. Additionally, a climate control system with infrared panels is installed - very convenient and economical for winter.
At the entrance to the apartment there is also a small hallway for two apartments (with an adjacent one) with a shoe locker and a large mirror and a good second door.

The complex has an elevator, CCTV cameras. There is no support fee, every year a meeting of residents (12 apartments in total) decides what it is necessary to raise funds to support the complex, usually it is a maximum of 50 euros per year. The elevator is paid separately, the cost of maintenance of the elevator is divided between those owners who use it. The amount is insignificant. There is no swimming pool in the complex.
