Payment scheme:

3. The third payment in 4 months in the amount of 15% of the cost
The remaining 65% of the cost is an installment payment for real estate in quarterly installments under an agreement with the developer:
• For a period of up to 3 years, the cost of the remaining 3.5% per annum;
• For a period of 3 to 5 years – 6.5% per annum;
• For a period of 5 to 10 years – 9.7% per annum.
