How to sell real estate quickly and profitably
The selling period is up to 6 months (usually 2-3 months).
A standard contract means that your object selling not only by us, but also by you and other agencies.
What is included:
- Preparation of the apartment for sale (cleaning, making professional photos and video) - at our expense;
- Check the legality of the apartment with a lawyer and a notary - at our expense;
- Audit of debts and their payment (electricity, water and taxes). Resolving issues with the management company (in case of debts and access problems);
- Preparing and placement of professional advertising about your apartment on our website, placement of ads about the your apartment selling on international platforms;
- We send out an offer about your apartment to our own customer database;
- We perform viewing of your property to potential customers as many times as necessary;
- At least once per two weeks we are making report about the number of requests and viewings. In addition, discuss the situation how things are going with the selling of your property.
